Lately I’ve been working on the press release for A Dirge for the Temporal. Press releases are a pain in the neck to write. Thank god Darren is coming to Horrorfind otherwise I would have absolutely nothing to put in the release since you’re only supposed to put ‘news’ not flowery descriptions of the book. It’s crazy how you’re supposed to have planned all kinds of promotional events before the manuscript is even completed. Release dates are always being pushed back because who can know what’s going to happen so far in advance? But then what about all the promotional events you already scheduled. It’s madness!
