Well, it looks like John and David Tamarin’s movie might actually get made. I think it’s been a little over a month since David mentioned some real-life anecdote in an email to John. As is often the case John thought it would be a great inspiration for a story or movie and he said so to Tamarin. Before I know it they’re collaborating and querying actors. Now there’s a director attached, Tracy Crockett (sp?) from Necroscopic and tentative shooting dates. I believe they’ve even put out a call for auditions. Whew! And I didn’t even have a chance to pooh-pooh the idea and tell John it would never happen!
Of course, we’re still far from sitting down with a bucket of popcorn to watch this masterpiece and a lot could fall through between now and then but right now it all really seems to be coming together.
