One thing we learned from Mike Arnzen is when you set up a bookstore appearance always bring your own books just in case. Well that doesn't always work. Depends on how you are getting your books. However, a few calls a few weeks out can solve the problem going the other way, to ensure they have ordered and recieved the books they meant to.
