The Shirley Jackson Award nominees have been announced and we are excited that Garden of Eldritch Delights by Lucy A. Snyder is a finalist in the category of Single-Author Collection. This marks the first time that a Raw Dog Screaming Press book has made the ballot and is also a first for Snyder. However she will appear on the ballot twice since Chiral Mad 4: An Anthology of Collaborations, which she co-edited with Michael Bailey, is also a finalist. “I am absolutely over the moon to have two books nominated for the Shirley Jackson Award this year. The nomination for my collection Garden of Eldritch Delights is particularly gratifying because of the professional recognition of my short story writing that it represents,” says Lucy Snyder.
